UF&Shands Jacksonville primary care centers offer services for pateints during
every stage of life, from pediatrics to geriatrics. UF College of Medicine–Jacksonville
physicians work with physician assistants (PA-Cs) and advanced registered nurse
practitioners (ARNPs) in primary care centers in Duval, Clay, Nassau and Baker counties.
Our family medicine centers offer services for patients during every stage of life,
from pediatrics to geriatrics. This includes disease prevention, annual checkups
and management of chronic diseases.

Our internal medicine centers offer primary care services for people ages 16 and
older, including acute and urgent medical care, cancer screenings, common immunizations
and vaccines and routine health maintenance.

Our obstetrics and gynecology centers offer a full range of prenatal services in
multiple locations, with an emphasis on personalized care. They also offer comprehensive
gynecological services, including annual exams, treatment for pelvic pain or sexual
dysfunction and family planning and fertility.

Our pediatric centers offer services for children from newborn to age 18. Services
include well baby visits, sports physicals, immunizations and treatments for such
things as the cold, flu, earaches, fevers, nutritional issues and bumps and bruises.
